Day 4: Clear the Clutter
The 5-Day âMake Space for Your Writingâ challenge continues today!
Youâve done beautiful work so far: noticing where your time goes, preparing a space to create, and learning to lovingly protect that space.
But hereâs the thingâsometimes itâs not just external distractions or mess that get in the way.
Itâs internal clutter too.
The fears.
The perfectionism.
The quiet voice saying, âThis isnât good enoughâ or âWho are you to do this work?â
Today is about gently clearing that clutter, inside and out, to make room for grace to flow more freely in your writing life.
đď¸ Start With This Prayer:
Jesus,
You are not a God of confusion, but of peace.
Help me release the clutter in my mind, my heart, and my surroundings.
Make space in me for your voice to speak.
And give me courage to create, not perfectly, but faithfully.
Amen.
